Some Facts ABOUT ME
With 15 years of coaching experience, multiple YPO awards, and a degree from Harvard Business School, Searl brings a diverse body of both business intelligence and emotional intelligence to all of her clients. Two years in a row, Searl was selected to run the YPO Global Leadership Conference forum officer's training. She has launched and run 4 businesses. Her entrepreneurial ventures include a venture capital firm in Eastern Europe and RISEBeyond, a global collaboration firm, cofounded with the YPO Global Chairman.

Searl is currently a teacher at The Hoffman Institute in California. During the week-long residential, personal growth retreat Searl guides participants to learn to remove habitual ways of thinking and behaving, align with their authentic self, and respond to situations in their life from a place of conscious choice.
Searl specializes in working with individuals and businesses in moments of transition, geographically dispersed teams, small executive forums, and women’s groups. In all Searl’s engagements, she challenges, empowers and drives her clients to redefine what they expect is possible.

Searl brings Forums to life. She guides the group to go beyond what they think is possible to reach their full potential. In new Forums Searl quickly builds trust and openness, which lays the foundation for highly successful Forums. As both a long-term Forum member herself and a YPO Facilitator, Searl has started new Forums, integrated new members and lead memorable Forum retreats that balance fun, creativity and deepening personal and Forum bonds. The results are Forums that go far beyond just a group of people that meet regularly; these Forums are sanctuaries where each person can feel free to be themselves, express their rawest emotion without being judged and be supported by their Forum buddies.

Using the Enneagram as one of the key tools in my practice allows determining your coaching needs quickly, provides specific development paths and activities thus accelerating self-knowledge and creating a positive, lasting life transformation. My approach follows the Co-Active coaching model where client and coach are both active participants in the process and the client is seen as creative and resourceful.
